1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern client engagements with Trivex Media for creative, performance marketing, and digital services in the UAE and GCC.

2. Deliverables & IP

All finalized client campaign assets and design files transfer to the client upon full payment of agreed professional fees.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
